Music Production Summer Camp
OPEN TO ALL PISD middle and high schools (7th-9th Grade)! Students will dive into the world of music production and learn how today’s music is created behind the scenes. Skills include beat-making, recording basics, arranging tracks, and using digital audio workstations (DAWs) to produce original music. Explore how technology, creativity, and sound come together to shape modern music. This camp is perfect for students interested in producing music, creating beats, recording vocals or instruments, or exploring careers in music technology. Participants will build confidence and creativity by producing their own original tracks in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Students will have daily experience with Ableton Live, a music industry standard production software.

No food or drink is allowed in the Music Lab, so please arrive well-fed and hydrated. A water fountain and restrooms are in close proximity. Students will enter through door 1- Main entrance
