Drop-Off: Please park and physically walk to the sign-in / sign-out zone. Sign your camper in via the QR Code at the table located at the southeast corner / gate (nearest the baseball field) to the PHS Tennis Facility. Campers will check-in here and get a nametag daily! This will be the only gate open throughout the day for safety purposes. Parents must DROP OFF, & cannot stay inside of the facility for the duration of camp. We understand that some campers may be shy or nervous, but once they start having fun all of the worries will fade away! Drop-Off Time Frame: 7:45-8:00 a.m. (3rd-6th Grade) Pick-Up: Please park your car and walk to the same sign-in / sign-out zone & gate that you used for drop off. Whoever is picking the camper up will need to sign the camper out via the QR Code provided prior to the camper being released and escorted safely back to the car. There are a lot of cars entering and exiting at one time. Due to this safety concern, campers WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE without their guardian physically present to FIRST sign them out (QR Code) and then escort them to their vehicle. We understand that it is not convenient to wait in line to sign them out, but are prioritizing the safety of the campers. Please plan to have your camper signed out and picked up within 15 minutes of the camp end time. Pick-Up Time Frame: 10:00-10:15 a.m. (3rd-6th Grade)
