Special Notes:
Location of Games - All games will be played at Rock Hill HS on the turf and grass football fields. Practices - Will be conducted on the middle school campus football fields. Game Times - (7-on-7 & Lineman Challenges will happen congruently) 7th Grade @ 5PM & 8th Grade @ 6:15PM Player Equipment - Prosper ISD Athletic Department will place an order for jerseys. The player registration cost will be used to cover the cost of the jersey. The jersey order will be placed once registration has been closed and teams have been created. A mouthpiece is required. No player will be allowed to participate without a mouthpiece.
Medical Info:
I understand that in any athletic activity, there is a slight risk for injury. I assume that risk and will allow my child to participate in PISD Middle School 7 on 7. I will not hold Prosper ISD, its employees, nor any worker liable. I further understand that the coachs will take reasonable precautions to prevent such injuries. In the event of an injury, I give permission for the camp staff to seek adequate medical assistance.
