ATHLETICS - Rock Hill Softball Camp Incoming 1st-6th Grade
This camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of softball to incoming 1st-6th graders. We'll cover: Hitting: Proper stance, swing mechanics, power hitting Throwing: Accuracy, velocity, different pitches Fielding: Ground balls, fly balls, double plays Base Running: Stealing, sliding, situational awareness Teamwork & Sportsmanship: Communication, encouragement, and a positive attitude Experienced Coaches Our camp is led by experienced and passionate softball coaches who are dedicated to helping you improve your skills and have fun!
